Dr. Ryan C. Fleming , D.D.S.

Dr. Fleming was was born and raised in Hamilton County. He attended Indiana University where he received a B.S. in Biology. He then attended Indiana University School of Dentistry and received his degree in 2004. Besides constantly reading dental journals he enjoys any outdoor activity including soccer, golf, cycling, and running. But most of all he enjoys spending time with his wife Aimee, daughter Catherine, and their son Ryan Jr. Dr. Fleming is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Indiana Dental Association, and the American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Mindy Cauly

Mindy Cauley has been a dental assistant since 1990 and has a great wealth of knowlege when it comes to all things dental.

Mindy lives in Indianapolis with her husband Jeff and has three boys ages 19, 18 and 10. When Mindy is not assisting Dr. Fleming, she loves spending time outside, especially in the summer.

Tara Miller

Tara grew up in Indianapolis and currently lives in Westfield with her husband Ben. She has two dogs, Max and Sammy, who keep her very busy when she is at home.

Tara has over 10 years experience in the dental field and helps out in both the front and back office.

Aimee Rubush

Aimee Rubush lives in Muncie with her husband Chad. They have two children, Alyssa, 22, and Bill who is 21.

Aimee came to work with us in March of 2011 and works as our scheduling and insurance coordinator. She can help answer any questions you have regarding your dental insurance and payments. She is always willing to help get you scheduled and is a delightful new addition to our office.
